We aim for customer satisfaction at LegalFast, ensuring a seamless cancellation process without any hassle. You can cancel your account by emailing [email protected]. There will be no questions asked. Cancellations are handled via email due to technical and privacy reasons, preventing anyone other than the account owner from deleting the account.

Our legal obligation is to the account owners, and therefore we are unable to cancel an account at the request of anyone else. If, for any reason, you are unsure who the account owner is, please contact us. We will gladly communicate with any current account owners using the email addresses on file.

What Happens When You Cancel an Account?

Upon cancellation, except for paid LegalFast accounts (including those purchased as a one-time purchase), you will lose access to your account immediately. For paid accounts with recurring subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription and retain access until the end of the paid period. Subsequently, the account will be automatically canceled and rendered inaccessible. Alternatively, you can opt to cancel your account before this time.

We will not completely delete your account data immediately after cancellation. At any time before or after account termination, should you wish to have your data removed without questions, simply contact us. However, please note that we may retain user data for an undetermined time for operational purposes.

Following cancellation, you will not receive any further billing. Any unused time will not be prorated automatically. If you have not utilized your account for an extended period, or have recently entered a new billing cycle, please contact us for a fair refund. We prioritize fairness.

LegalFast-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged duration: There isn't a specific timeframe determining when an account is deemed inactive, considering LegalFast may not be utilized daily, weekly, or even monthly by all users.

Furthermore, we hold the authority to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, in accordance with our Terms of Service. This typically includes account cancellation without prior notice if there is evidence of abusive behavior.
